oh lord, im an old fart...

My 25th birthday was spent doing.......nothing and i loved it. Friday I went to pick josh up at work and he took me to dinner at red robin in the galleria. He then...surprisingly said i could get some new clothes so i figured he would fork over a few bucks and tell me to go on his day off, but he actually helped me pick out the outfits and told me brutally honestly what looked good and what didn't, of course there were a few smart remarks in there. I came out of penneys with a few new outfits. saturday I did absolutely nothing because i had the lovely flu/headcold, so I set up camp on the couch with my blankie and the dogs.
Sunday, didn't dod a darn thing then either, that's usually my cleaning day, and my house reflects the fact that I didn't do anything, but it was my birthday weekend and I didn't care. We did go to a joint birthday party for me and some family members on joshs stepdads side. I got some way cool PINK gardening tools, and a kohls gift card.

My actual birthday I went shopping with mom and got a way cool bew flat iron that is red and when it reaches its full heat 430* it leaves a lovely red stain on my bathroom counter, but works great on my very thick hair, i also got a new dust buster meant specifically for dogs, Harley hates the noise and attacks it slobbering all over it, but it works wonders! Also went and hung out with Stacy, a very much needed visit with a good friend. We ended the night with dinner at the Geisha house, came home overstuffed and plopped on the couch and didnt move all night long. A very relaxed birthday, with lots of phone calls from family and friends. I also got beautiful flowers from my love, and some roses from his mom. I feel very lucky, here's to 25 more years.
