Who knew after paying off credit cards and being debt free, that you would decide to buy a much bigger house to have room to expand your family? Yeah, im in the hole $175,000, which i actually dont mind. This house is double the size of our current house, and has a half acre, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, and a 3 car garage, and the payment is less than what we pay now...funny how that works, it was a foreclosure and needs tons of work, everything except the framing pretty much. We found mold...after we had a mold inspection funny enough, so we had to tear out the wall in the living room, and in the ceiling in the den area, so that is in the process of being fixed. We are having fun redoing everything and making it our own. we love that it is a 2 story also, although my butt and thighs dont love it much, but it will payoff in the end. That was my exciting news, exciting for me atleast!
