WERE DONE...PLAIN AND SIMPLE

So...............We are not looking at houses anymore. We have been let down too many times. We found the perfect house on Sunday and I tried to not talk about it thinking that since I wasn't getting excited over it then everything would work out. WELL, go figure that this house has been on the market since JUNE..........yes JUNE, with one offer that fell through, so the day we offer everything seems fine, the next day our realtor calls Josh to say that there was another offer that was more than ours and the only way we can get the house is to offer $14,500 more than what we had offered in the beginning.......sorry charlie we are not going over what we had WANTED to be qualified for which was $260,000. If we found a house that was at the most $260,000 then our house payment would be $1700, which was high but affordable for us, well no.....Just because we are more than reliable and Josh is qualified we can't get a house. I have a feeling that some one out there does not want us to move on to the next chapter in our lives yet. I don't know who it is but who ever you are.........Josh and I want to move on together! I am very angry, disappointed and let down. SO now we are not looking at houses anymore for a while...........a long while.
