We had the home inspection yesterday (monday) I had a feeling that it was going to go well, but when I got the little voice in my head that told me to call Josh, my good feeling went away as soon as I heard the tone in his voice when he answered the phone. It seems as though we have a few water leaks. One in the kitchen that has made the drywall soggy, one in the master bedroom by the sliding door that is soaked into the base board and made that all puffy and messed up, there is a leak in the living room window, and one in the kitchen walls that is also making the sheet rock soft and puffy. YEAH.........WE ARE SO EXCITED.........WE CAN'T WAIT FOR THE SELLERS TO GET OUR LETTER THAT WE WANT IT ALL FIXED OR WE ARE BACKING OUT...........I guess they did not state that there were problems with the house, So they are liars, maybe they were keeping their fingers crossed that we would not notice that things are leaking but we are not as dumb as we may look sometimes, so sorry charlie! Josh and I were very upset yesterday, it seems like it is one thing after another. Hopefully the people will get it fixed right and still let us take the house without having to pay more. We are already paying more as it is! so who knows.........hopefully everything will get figured out and we will be moving in soon and be a happy family with our animals and all that fun stuff........I'll keep it updated.......hopefully it will be good news
