BACKED OUT.......

So if you refer to the post titled "were done plain and simple" that will explain why the pictures of the house are no longer on my lovely little blog. I just got done talking to Josh and we have decided to back out of the house. He talked to Wells Fargo and the had him financed for the first loan, but were saying "We think we can do the second one" we don't want to hear "we think"! We want to hear that the loan is done and all we have to do is close on the house! My goodness why can't anybody throw us a bone here and give us a break. We are very upset and disapppointed that this did not work out and that the sellers did not disclose theproblems with the house. How can you not know that your kitchen walls were soggy when you painted right over them!? How can you not know that there was cat pee in the living room.....no big deal but I need to vent. These are the other things I want to know how they could not know: The living room window was broken, the sliding door to the backyard would not lock properly, there was a leak in the master bedroom from the top of the sliding door to the patio that came all the way down to the carpet and ruined the base boards, the hall lights didn't work, the electrical box decided it wanted to throw sparks when the home inspector guy tried to open it, The roof had a nice leak form some tiles that were broken, there were exposed wires on the air condiotoning unit, the patio cover was done by someone that was not permitted to do it, so it was causing the patio to crack, there was a hole in the ceiling of the garage where they tried to make their own attic but did not finish, the garage door was not a fire door, and there was a doggie door in the garage door that was SAPPOSED to be a fire door. I THINK THAT IS EVERYTHING...............it damn well better be everything. Im very mad now so I think I better get back to work..........yes I am at work working really hard. Hopefully March or April will bring us something more pleasing and I will be able to have a house warming party with the little smokies that Stacy has ordered................
