MOLD..........SCHMOLD

WEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLL.....................The mold test is being done today on the house. But conveniently the results won't be back for atleast 5 days. So we have 5 days to cross our fingers that it doesn't come back positive for it. If it does then we will be backing out of the house all together. If it comes back negatory for mold then we will tell the buyers that we want all the damages fixed on the dumb thing or we will back out then too. We don't really feel like fixing walls and water leaks before moving in, we just want to move in already. So lets keep our fingers crossed that the house has a clean bill of health.....
