I couldn't........

Be happier! I called and talked to my brother and step mom to see how the day was with my dad. She sounded pretty chipper, and then told me that my dad had done some amazing things today. When she was in belle fourche (for those non south dakotans it is pronounced "bell foosh") getting some clothes and things from the house, bradley was in with dad when the physical therapist was in there working with him. They were doing their usual moving left to right to get the blood flowing and moving around. They were also using a cold, wet, washcloth on his face, when they opened his eyes to check them out, HE KEPT HIS EYES OPEN! He then closed the right one because that is the one with the most trauma, and that he hit on something when the dozer rolled. BUT he had his left eye open and was blinking and moving it around, I would assume following people in the room. That is amazing, that means (what I think anyway) is that he is trying to slowly wake up, or wake himself up. AWESOME! I was so excited when I talked to bradley that I almost started crying. This is a huge milestone for him. For things as easy as breathing for you and I, are like climbing mountains for him, or lets say Mt. Everest, because he loved to climb and hike, so we will stick to Mt. Everest, we all know that's hard. The roller coaster is still on the up and up, I love it, then again I can't get my hopes way up there, but it's great while it's lasting! so keep the prayers strong!
